Huge amount of information, coming from all the departments regarding new products, and also regarding modernization and modification of serial products, is processed by development department. Extensive analyses, detailed study of issue, economic grounds of production effectiveness of one or another position – is one of the main tasks for the department staff.  Besides, this is the place where the process of new production technology creation starts, choosing and purchasing of new equipment, or renewal of the existing base, which has been increased for 50% for the last 3 years. Searching geography is rather wide – from Italy and Germany till the south-east Asia. Department representatives visit plants-manufacturers for the production quality control, to study the components system control.
